Can I ask what Omega Strikers are about?


I really like those two characters that you drew quite a bit of.

Sure!

Gameplay-wise, it’s 3v3 air hockey where you play as characters with MOBA-like abilities that help them uniquely attack or defend depending on their play style. Also, you can knock out players like if it was Smash bros xD

But lorewise: Imagine a sci-fi future where a new powerful, renewable energy source called “Omega energy” has been discovered and has turned the world into a utopic, hopeful and energetic place. Along with powering floating cities, one way it’s used is by turning a piece of energy into a puck that you can smack around that progressively gets faster and faster which just kinda became the world’s most popular sport. The characters are all currently in the pro-leagues.

Also, I imagine you’re talking about Atlas and Luna so I’ll touch on them:

These two siblings were born to the world’s most famous astrophysicists; they learned about hi-tech stuff at a young age and are quite smart. But at one point during Atlas’ teenage years, their parents went on a long space mission and suddenly lost all forms of contact after a few days….which meant he had to take care of himself and his sister all alone for years :[

While Atlas believes they are dead, Luna believes they are still alive. They have both come to the pro-leagues to test out their tech; Luna is testing rockets to be able to make a big one to go to space and find her parents herself while Atlas is testing spacetime tech (yes that is possible and he also made it himself) to be able to bring them back either from the past or another dimension. And I think that is really unique, they’re not here for becoming champion like 95% of the rest of the cast is, this game just happens to have a large concentration of omega energy and bodies to stress test that is useful to them :0

And they’re my favorites, I love their dynamic :]

Hello everyone!😄

Just wanted to say that I’m still here, it just seemed like I needed a longer break from posting than I thought despite still checking Tumblr a lot. I’m doing a lot better than I was before and I hope to start posting art again soon :]

I’ll still do a couple more Dangan drawings but I do want to start breaking away and learn that it’s okay to post other things that I enjoy drawing. Either way, easing our way back here!

Do you ever do commissions? I absolutely adore your style.

I do take commissions, I’ve just never opened them up to Tumblr before! If I do take them here though, they will just be for my normal sketchy style, grayscale or colored, or my more clean heavy lineweight drawings. (sketch gray ex., sketch color ex. (right), lineweight ex.) They should be from 10-35$ depending on complexity and I draw pretty much anything; even furries, mechas, or monsters.

But I will be happy to if there’s enough interest! I’ve been static with posting for basically two months so Im not sure if there’d be many customers just yet…. But perhaps sometime there’ll be a chance!

What would happen if someone got a pirated version of the Roaring Cherry Blossoms Game? Or what would happen if someone tried to hack the game to skip ahead and stuff? What devious scary machinations do you have for such people to witness?

In this economy and how good hackers/pirates are these days? Pirates will find a way around whatever I throw in eventually xD

I would prefer to give a message like “Hey we notice you’re pirating. If possible, please give something back to the crew if you enjoyed the game. Thanks.” at the beginning and credits along with places you could give or something.

If they are skipping levels however…. I wonder if it would be possible to add dialogue to the cast where they start finding Sakura more uncanny. For example, if you skip a remnant battle, they would be like “next you have to fight….oh you already did that one…? But I don’t remember asking you to do that-” and Sakura becomes increasingly more aware of how she seems to be forgetting parts of her life. This disturbs her enough for ambient music to become kinda unsettling in each level. I think it would also be funny if you skip very long parts of the game, it boots you back to the beginning after you beat a level via Sakura waking up in a “what a weird vision” sentiment. xD

Hey! I'm trying to make my own Danganronpa action game concept, except with the V3 cast where all 16 students are playable. I was wondering if you had any ideas for the characters not listed here (Rantaro, Korekiyo, Kaito, and Kokichi.) Note that not all of them should be connected to their talents, as seen below.

-Kaede and Shuichi both use the UDG Megaphone hacking guns. They're the only ones with said guns, by the way.

-Himiko finds and uses a magic staff with a variety of spells powered by "mana" (soft drinks.) In reality, it's just the old "magic is just super high tech that we don't get" shtick. I also want her to use small tricks and sleight of hand, such as a smokescreen spell or the ability to pickpocket foes easily.

-Maki uses nothing but a metallic baseball bat. It's all that she needs.

-Ryoma fights with a tennis racket and balls, like what he did with the mafia.

-Tenko fights with nothing but pure Neo-Akido, and later on some devices that let her shoot out Hadoukens and such.

-Angie uses a "magic" paintbrush that is in the same category as Himiko's staff. She uses it to create flat living paintings or just spray paint with different properties.

-Miu would use a mini-mecha to fight, and one I'd assume has multiple different modes. I also think she'd have an outside-mecha form when she loses her mecha for whatever reason or needs to enter a smaller space.

-Kirumi fights with kicks, cleaning supplies (including a broom hiding a sword,) and equipment she picks up throughout the game.

-Gonta fights with his bare hands and his bug friends that he accumulates.

-Kibo would use similar enhancements to the ones he had at the end of V3.

-Tsumugi would cosplay and fight exactly like Usopp from One Piece.

Funny! For like a year I’ve been thinking about how I would’ve changed DRS to add more interesting combat and gameplay loop. During that, I’ve thought of how every character’s attack animation would look like along with what abilities or weapons they could have with them. If anyone has questions, I’ll be happy to talk about it, just haven’t found a good way to introduce it without drawing a lot for it like RCB xD

Anyways, here are my ideas but slightly different for an action game:

Rantaro: Uses a variety of navigation-related tools for battering (ex. compass, telescope, captain’s wheel) and can summon small boats that drive through the ground to attack enemies. Can stand on and ride on top of the boats if desired.

Korekiyo: Uses special tags and masks to summon spirits and ghosts to fight for him and has shadowy effects to his attacks. He has dodges that pass through things, and perhaps also uses candles for a fire damage attack.

Kaito: Has a rocket on his back. He can fly and crash into people to attack or turn the engines around to produce a flamethrower-like effect to close targets. If not using it, he has basic fist/kicking attacks without much tact.

Kokichi: Kokichi would probably have the least overall damage but the most dodges. He can either lay traps of a variety of prank items (ex. surprise peanut can), stick them onto enemies that go off after a second, or use them in his hands to attack directly. He will have a variety of taunts/insults to move enemies around to where you want them to be. Everything he does will stun enemies and he will then be able to use a “talk down”/“shame” move that gets anyone currently stunned around you out of the fight instead of killing them.

For the future purpose of speedrunning, would there be any glitches and/or hacks speedrunners can use in the Roaring Cherry Blossoms Game? Like if you do a certain action in a specific location and time, you can skip the journey and immediately start a boss fight?

I actually wondered about this before!

Of course, I would want as few bugs as possible but perhaps some frame-perfect inputs could cause her to jump higher or have faster ways of travel first of all. With how many factors are in play from weapons, monokuma types, locations, and attack animations, it wouldn’t be out of the question for there to be some kind of clipping through a level exploit that is hyper-specific. 

Maybe during the Towa city section, if you manage to get Genocide Jack to slash a monokuma at the exact frame that you’re attacking with a long weapon that is about to break you can collide hitboxes and fly off in a direction to enter the Nagito encounter cutscene to save 10 minutes or something xD It will be dubbed “Jack skip”.

I would love to see it though; In a similar way as watching Breath of the Wild Link save the world in 30 minutes in his underwear and abusing gravity powers. I want to watch Sakura wake up from dying, have her friends witness her clip through a building, and when she gets back she has somehow beaten every single remnant and brought them back to base without anyone even asking her to do so. The cryptid timeline. xD

After the events of the Roaring Cherry Blossoms AU and the Danganronpa 3 Hope Side Anime, how would Sakura feel about the rebuilding of Hope’s Peak Academy, and how would she feel about Makoto becoming the School’s New Principal?

As much as my own opinion is that it’s a bad idea, Sakura trusts and has a lot of faith in her friends. If Makoto is confident that he would become a successful principal, then she would support him. I don’t think she would agree to be a faculty/staff member but she would offer that she will always be open to be called again if another threat shows up.

After RCB, I can imagine Sakura just needs……a break really xD
